Chef Sergey Shmarkov graduated from the School of Culinary Arts№41 in Moscow, he studied and worked in Italy, he was a member of the Moscow Guild of Chefs from 2003 till 2008. In Moscow, he opened and worked in the сlub"MaisonElitaire ", restaurant "Tower", cafe "SV bar", "Pyramid", "Venice", "Forest Bar".
The chief’s offerchanges every two to three months. In the menu, there are warm salads with beef or seafood, tasty“Borsh” (Russian beet-root soup) with veal or cheese soup with salami chips, homemade pelmeniwith meat and salmon baked with shrimps in creamy spinach sauce and etc.
Pastry chef, Nina Tishkova,composes the dessert menu; she worked for many years as a confectioner at the hotel "National". There are always fresh dessertsin the menuboth classic and prepared according to the author's recipes of our pastry chef.
